Bondora Group may be adversely affected by contractual claims, complaints and litigation stemming from relationships with counterparties, customers, competitors or regulatory authorities, as well as any negative publicity such developments may cause. Any such litigation, complaints, contractual claims, or adverse publicity may have a material adverse effect on Bondora Group's business, financial condition, operational results or prospects, or cash flow.

Bondora has liability insurance in place to cover the costs of potential litigation and other claims.
