How do I become an income-based accredited investor?

To become an income-based accredited investor, you have to send us:

  • tax forms that report revenue (for example in US: W-2, Form 1099, Schedule K-1 or filed Form 1040) for the last two years,
  • a written confirmation that you have a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.

Note: If you send us written confirmation from a broker-dealer, a registered investment advisor, a licensed attorney or a CPA that you have, within the last 3 months, taken reasonable steps to verify that you are an accredited investor, and that it was confirmed, then you don’t have to provide the two above-mentioned documents.

Once we’ve received all the correct, necessary information, we’ll review it within 5 business days. If you are successfully accredited as an investor, you can start investing via our platform.
