How do I transfer money to Wallet?
You can either add money from your bank account to Wallet, or you can withdraw money from your Go & Grow account to Wallet.
How to add money from your bank account to Wallet:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on the green Add money button
- In the top right corner of the Add money page, select Wallet
- Use the payment details on-screen to make a SEPA payment
- Remember to add your unique reference number
- The money should reach your Wallet instantly, but may take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank.
How to withdraw money from Go & Grow to Wallet:
- Click on the Withdraw tab on the left menu on the Dashboard or the Wallet icon on your Go & Grow account
- Go & Grow will be automatically selected. You’ll also see how much money is available to withdraw
- Type in the amount you’d like to withdraw from Go & Grow to Wallet
- Click Confirm, and then you're done!
