How do you keep my account safe?

The safety of your account is a top priority for us.

We’ve implemented a 2-factor authentication process for all account transactions and personal detail changes. So these actions will have to be confirmed with an extra security measure, e.g. a unique SMS PIN code is sent to your mobile number when making a withdrawal.

Additionally, you can only withdraw money to your personal bank account after your account (ID and banking details) has been fully verified. That’s why all our customers must complete the identification process. This is done based on different Anti Money Laundering (AML) principles.
