Risk 2: Too many investors, not enough loans

A risk that might affect our rate of up to 6.75%* p.a. is the size of investments we receive from investors. If more money is added to Go & Grow accounts by investors than the number of loans taken out – this results in a higher percentage of the portfolio remaining in cash and thus not earning a return. If this happens, we may add a limit to the amount new investors can invest. In extreme cases, we could stop accepting new investors and form a waiting list.
