If you’re trying to make a withdrawal and the 2-factor authentication SMS doesn’t arrive, please do the following:
Check if the phone number on your profile is up to date. You can update your personal details from your account settings, if needed.
If the number is correct, please restart your mobile phone and re-try the withdrawal. In most cases, this resolves the problem.
If you’re overseas and roaming, it could also cause problems. If you’re roaming, please check your phone’s blacklist to see if our number isn’t blacklisted.
