The operational management of Bondora and its subsidiaries is overseen by the Management Board. Operations are structured into multiple business units, with each managed by a dedicated business and technical owner. At this time, there are three business units structured around certain activities: consumer credit, loan marketplace and shared infrastructure. The compliance function is outsourced to multiple law firms to ensure compliance with laws and regulatory requirements applicable to Bondora and its operations.
Activities across business units are coordinated by Bondora’s Head of Operations who, prior to joining Bondora, managed an IT team responsible for the maintenance and performance of the structured credit (“FICC”) department’s credit analysis platform at UBS’s investment banking unit. The Head of Human Resources reports to her.
The loan marketplace unit has been spun off into a separate subsidiary, Bondora Capital OÜ, and the debt servicing function within the consumer credit unit has been spun off into Bondora Servicer OÜ.
