How to open a corporate account on Bondora?

Corporate accounts can only be registered by Bondora at the moment, please do not try to register a corporate account on your own on the sign-up page.

Step 1: Register and fully identify your personal account, so that we can link it to a company.

  • Complete the sign-up process by entering your e-mail and filling you personal identification page
  • Make a transfer from your personal bank account to your personal Bondora account to verify your bank account
  • Upload or send us by e-mail (investor@bondora.com) a copy of your national ID (both sides) or Passport.

Step 2: Provide us the following information about your company (excerpt from an official registry) via email to investor@bondora.com

  • Company name
  • Company number
  • Company address
  • Industry
  • VAT number
  • Country of registration
  • A list of beneficiary owners (private persons who directly or indirectly control more that 25% of the shares

If your business is registered in Estonia, please send us a document named „General and personnel data„ in PDF-format from e-business register.

Step 3: Start investing

If you have received the confirmation that your Bondora business account has been registered you will need to make a transfer from your company's bank account to your Bondora business account for identifying purposes. Note that your private and corporate account have different reference numbers. After we have looked over your documents and added a business account to your ordinary account you can access the account by selecting your company's name in the top right corner. Just log in and out to make it work.
